What this guide covers
This guide explains where to view receipts / vouchers and membership, points payment ledgers after making a payment.
Points Orders
Me → My Data → Orders
- View the list of paid orders and their amounts.
- Some statuses support download payment receipts (PDF); if you see "Current order status cannot be downloaded," please confirm that the order has been paid or contact customer service.
Membership Account Ledger
Me → My data → Membership account
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Current Tier / Validity | Matches the user category shown on the Me tab |
| Account Credit | Upgrade proration credit, usable for next settlement |
| Billing Ledger | Payments, grants, refunds, proration, and account credit entries |
Operations and renewal entry → Membership account and billing.
Points Ledger
Me → My Data → points
- Changes including deposits, AI consumption, refunds deducting points, etc.
- Shares the points account with the official website.
Verify Payment
- There is a corresponding payment record in the order or ledger;
- The validity period of the membership or balance of points has been updated;
- If there are discrepancies, save the order number and contact support.
